End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Laravel ("we", "us", or "our") for the use of our mobile application (“App”).

1. License

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely for personal, non-commercial use in accordance with this Agreement.

2. Subscriptions

The App may offer subscription services. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account and renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

3. In-App Purchases

Some features may require in-app purchases. All purchases are final and non-refundable, and are processed by the App Store.

4. Privacy Policy

By using the App, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time without notice if you violate any part of this Agreement.

6. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all responsibility for damages arising from use of the App.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict of law principles.
